Return and exchange policy

We allow “Unconditional Return and Refund”

Such “Unconditional Return and Refund” means that you may request return and refund without providing any reason within 30 days after receipt of the products.

“Unconditional Return and Refund” is subject to the following conditions:

The returned item must remain in its original condition: Your order must comply with federal health regulations before you request a return or exchange because of the nature of the product. Each of our products will be put into a sealed transparent bag, and then put into a carton box. The transparent bag keeps the initial state of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original factory condition, since we do not sell refurbished or used products. The so-called initial state means that the transparent bag is not damaged and the original seal of the goods must be intact. Just imagine that no one is willing to use a sex toy that has been used by others, so please understand.

The returned item has not been damaged during the return shipping.

The return must be notified to us by a prior e-mail and confirmed by us via e-mail. If you want to return the goods without quality problems within 30 days after receiving, please send an email to this email address and attach your order number: info@sexdolltorso.com. We will provide you with the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.

Quality issue return/refund

Please check if the product for damage before opening the transparent bag, the doll will be used by default once you open the transparent bag, we have the right to rejection of your refund. Please contact us immediately if you receive defective products. It’s important to include as much detail as possible, including any images and videos, and then send an email to info@sexdolltorso.com. We strongly recommend taking a video/photographs of the box exterior upon arrival, especially if you notice any damage. Photographic evidence will be required (emailed to us within 48hrs of delivery) to meet refund or replacement eligibility. We will look into the case after receiving your email, and then provide you with some solutions. Please don’t throw away the original packaging , please pack the items back into the original packaging: all parts, hardware, tools, printed materials and accessories must be included in the return. Last, please tape shut the box(es) securely with heavy duty tape, preferably using strong clear packing tape.

Delivery failed

1. We will not be responsible for any loss if the package is not delivered successfully due to the wrong address provided by the buyer.

2. We can resend the goods to you or refund it for you if the package is sent to the wrong address or lost by the transportation company.

Order Cancelling and Change:

You may request us to assist you to cancel or modify your order(s) by contacting us within 24 hours after payment. Your order(s) can no longer be canceled or modified once entering the shipping process.
