SexDollTorso uses PayPal as our card processor, however you do not need a PayPal account to use this method. You can check out as a “Guest” by clicking the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option. All major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Step 1: Choose a product you would like to order and click on “ADD TO CART” button. For example “Alexandra”.

Step 2: Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” Button in cart.

Step 3: Click on “Pay with PayPal” Button.

Once You Get Redirected To PayPal, Just Do As Follows

Step 4. If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on “Pay with a credit or debit card” or “Create an Account” – it’s depending if you are using mobile or computer for the payment.

Step 5. Enter your Credit Card’s data. Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.

Step 6. You have option to save your payment info and create PayPal account, if you want, but you shouldn’t. When you are done, click on “CONTINUE”.

Step 7. Then, you’ll return to the merchant to complete your purchase. If it’s all as you want it, just click “PAY NOW” and the payment will be processed. You’ll receive an emailed download link and receipt and for your records.

Why did my payment fail?

Normally, there are a several reasons why you’re payment is being declined:

  1. Insufficient balance: The problem was that there’s not enough funding in your bank account. Check your credit balance/bank statement if you have enough money to make the transaction.
  2. Your credit card is expired or out of date—if the card you have on file doesn’t have your current billing address or is expired it will be declined.
  3. Your browser is not accepting cookies. Using a different browser / device / network address. Change a browser. For example, if using Chrome when getting the error, try to use Safari when purchasing. Certain aspects of browsers can interfere with payment, hence the error.
  4. Change a device, ex. try purchasing with a computer if you’re using a mobile device.
  5. Try a different payment method. ex. Try another credit card.
  6. Your card or billing address information is inaccurate. Make sure you fill out all the billing information required during the checkout process. You have entered a different billing address for your order than the one on your card statement. Please fill out all the billing information required the same with your card statement during the checkout process.
  7. Double-check the credit card information you entered on the checkout page to make 100% sure it’s correct. Pay extra attention to: Credit card number, Expiration date & CVV number.
  8. If you were using Paypal, maybe you’ve exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
  9. The credit card provider may have put restrictions on the card (which they sometimes do for online foreign transactions)
  10. Similar steps may be taken if your debit or credit card issuer or bank notifies PayPal that someone has used your card or bank account without permission.
  11. Make sure that your card supports international payments. Some banks offer two cards: one that can only be used locally, and one that works worldwide. Ask your bank or card issuer if your card can be used internationally for internet transactions.

If the above steps don’t solve the issue, you can call your credit card company to identify the problem, maybe your card issuer has to approve the transaction, or has more information. To protect your privacy, your debit or credit card company or card issuer doesn’t tell PayPal why your card was declined. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again.

Although you do not have to have a PayPal account, you can check out with your card as a PayPal Guest user. However, if possible, we recommend you try to create a PayPal account with your credit card and make a payment using the card through your PayPal account.
